Wouldn't it be lovely to create a perfect city? Louis Khan and Corbu had grand visions for their home cities. Unfortunately they were hamstringed by that ugly real world thing like logistics and money.
If you could create a perfect city, what would it look like?
Would it be a green city with no cars?
Would it be constructed of inner/outer rings?
What would the heart of the city be?

The questions are are good ones. Keep asking. What are YOUR answers? Use screen shots of your SimCity(s) to answer. You will need to deal with certain logistics (you have to have cars and trains in SimCity) and money ... but you have flexibility in how you create/use them.
